The +40 offset sits at the outer limit of the tested range for 16×7 wheels on the Sable LS, positioning this Como flush to the fender and delivering the stanced appearance shown. A +33 offset would offer more traditional clearance; this setup requires verification of fender and suspension geometry, particularly if lowered. The 205/60R16 tire shown involves slight stretch over factory proportions—acceptable for this diameter and offset combination, though fender roll or minor suspension work may be necessary to prevent rub on most LS trims.
