The 18x9.5 +22 offset positions this wheel near the factory outboard limit for the IS300, creating a flush-to-slightly-aggressive fitment depending on suspension height and fender condition. A modest tire stretch (likely 225–235 width on a 9.5" rim) is common for this aesthetic, though full-sidewall tires may require minor fender rolling or lowering to clear without rubbing. Confirm your suspension geometry and existing fender clearance before finalizing, as aggressive lowering will demand careful tire and brake-component verification.
