The 19x8.5 +38 offset sits narrower than the IS 350's factory 19x9 and well under its aggressive stance range of 19x10, resulting in a conservative fitment that avoids common contact issues. This inboard positioning will create modest negative offset from the fender relative to factory, requiring minor fender roll on most trims to accommodate the shown slight-tire stretch without rubbing. The bolt pattern matches factory spec perfectly, making installation straightforward without adapters.
